Classified Staff Member for January 2024: Lesly Conaway

“Lesly goes the extra mile for our school district, and I do mean it literally as well. Lesly is willing to drive a bus for us whenever possible. She does a great job as a paraprofessional and substitute bus driver for the Warsaw School District. Thank you for everything you do!”
“Lesly always is willing to go the extra mile and help our district have success. She volunteers to help out at our PTO events, youth football concession stands, and picks up shifts as a sub bus driver when needed. She is so versatile and does so much for our kids. ”
“Lesly is an amazing person inside and out. She sacrifices her time constantly for our school and our students. Almost daily she goes above and beyond by working in the classroom, subbing for transportation (bus driver), in the office, with students outside of our classroom, etc. She spends countless hours helping with the PTO events in the building and outside of the building. Lesly is ALWAYS here with a smile on her face and grace in her heart. We are beyond blessed to have Lesly at South School and I feel so blessed to have her in my classroom working with my students. The students in our school and my classroom light up when they see Ms. Lesly and she always makes them feel loved and special. I want to thank Lesly from the bottom of my heart for all of her hard work and dedication to our school and students! She is an amazing asset to the Warsaw School district! ”
