Mrs. Spunaugle, the team's sponsor and coach shares, “This team has been so much fun to watch grow up and gain confidence in their abilities. They truly enjoy showing up to compete at these relays. We need a few more freshmen to join in to create a full team, and we really appreciated Ayden Burdick, Michelle Ricke, and Angela Cerecero jumping in feet first at their first competition. At the end of the day, these kids put their brains to the test and reached a goal of bringing home a first place plaque for WHS! I am proud once again for the Mixed Team bringing home the gold in their second consecutive competition. Jaxson, Logan, Henry, Elizabeth, and Jordan were all stand outs ranking in the top five from their class! It was a great day to be a Wildcat!”
