Student of the Month: Charles Bilyeu
Charles Bilyeu is a fourth grade student enrolled at North Elementary. He was the majority winner in a survey sent to North teachers asking for nominations for our student spotlight for the board of education. We are so thrilled that Charles has joined us at North and made our building better just by being here!
Here are some things teachers said about her when nominating her for this spotlight:
Charles is an all around exceptional kid, both in the classroom and out. He is kind to every single person he comes across during his day, and makes sure everyone feels welcome and included. He is intrinsically driven, which is a rare find when talking about kids who are 9 years old. He is a role model in the classroom by actively participating and asking questions for understanding when needed. On top of his heart of gold and intrinsic motivations, Charles is active outside the classroom as well. He is a leader on his pee wee football team, the youth wrestling team, and in the summer he can be found on the baseball diamond with his friends. We are so lucky to have him at North School, as he is a positive influence on everyone around him.
Charles greets me with a smile and a hug every morning! It makes my day.
Charles has been a great addition to the North School. He is respectful, kind, and seems to always be doing the right thing even when others are not. He is a nice boy.
He is always helpful, well mannered, and respectful.
He’s a great addition to the North School. He received our Sept Kid of Character award for Friendship, I believe. He is definitely a friend to many. He is always respectful to me and has a pleasant demeanor. Good choice!
Way to go, Charles! Keep showing your Wildcat Pride in everything you do! We’re so proud of you.
